Concussions happen...........Are you prepared?

ImPACT is the most-widely used and most scientifically validated computerized concussion evaluation too.Head injuries are on the rise for athletes at all levels of play. Athletes as young as 10 years old who are involved in a contact sport or activity will greatly benefit from this service. We have trained and certified our practitioners to use ImPACT Neuro-cognitive testing as a tool for baseline tests and in the assesment of concussion recovery.

Team Performance Training

Our mission at Fit 2 Excel has been to bring our expertise to the community in order to help athletes grow to their potential. As you know, our staff consists of Certified Athletic Trainers, NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Coaches and a Sport Psychology Consultant. Deep Tissue/Swedish Massage

A deep tissue massage is designed to relieve severe tension in the muscle and the connective tissue or fascia. This type of massage focuses on the muscles located below the surface of the top muscles. Deep tissue massage is often recommended for individuals who experience consistent pain, are involved in heavy physical activity (such as athletes), and patients who have sustained physical injury. Swedish massage involves movements up and down the muscle groups that warm up and work the muscle tissue releasing tension and breaking up "knots", or adhered tissue, called adhesions. Swedish massage promotes relaxation, eases muscle tension and creates other health benefits.
